Reppo Data Exchange
After conducting user interviews to surface painpoints for a completely different product (Model Rivet) we found out the need for a Data Exchange within the Reppo Economy. After creation of initial protoype, there was a demand for it in the community. Reppo.exchange directly helped in raising a public $500K community round on Echo.xyz, which sold out in under 10 minutes. This was my first time making a call as a Product Designer to really use information from user interviews to surface a completely new problem. Going beyond just first-degree information, making my own inferences, and getting validation was one of the best feelings I have ever experienced.
