Reppo Testnet

Attached designs are in reverse chronological order of changes to just the landing to depict the amount of testing, active listening, adhering to narrative change, product strategy work has gone in. Leading design and improvements on Reppo.fun (now reppo.ai) testnet, driving 1,900+ signups in 4 weeks and sustaining 950+ DAUs. Achieved ~60% weekly retention, with 100+ unique AI projects published and 110k+ votes cast, validating early signs of product-market fit. Currently using Posthog and Hotjar (sessions and interviews) to validate A/B tests, fixing content to fit the right narrative, working on making the publishing and voting experience more usable. Working closely with engineering on structuring human-AI interaction datasets, improving the usability of tooling for AI output verification, and surfacing real-time insights from decentralized data pipelines.
